I never felt like writing a weblog, nor did I read the blogs of other people. But yesterday my good friend Claude told me on the phone that I would never find out about the power of blogs if I would not start one myself.
So : introibo at altare dei, as Buck Mulligan said when he entered the stage. I am convinced that sooner or later the majority of people will upload the contents of their brains (impressions, perceptions, ideas) to persistent storage media – simply to keep this information for later use and reuse. It is technically possible to do it, it is easy, and currently I see no reason not to have a blog. I am curious what will happen next…
